As amended by the Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China, the final decision right to grant a trademark is transferred from the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board to the people’s court, thus enhancing our firm’s advantages in trademark practice, which includes:

6. Representing clients in petition for administrative penalty or litigation in trademark infringement and dispute cases;
7. Representing clients in negotiations related to trademark or trade name disputes; and
8. Handling other trademark related matters.
