2. Attending business negotiations;

3. Assisting clients in drafting rules for internal management;

4. Assisting clients in drafting, reviewing and revising articles, resolutions, announcements and other legal documents;

5. Assisting clients in drafting, reviewing and revising standard contracts;

6. Giving lectures on particular legal topics per clients’ instruction (once every two month);

7. Providing updates of laws, regulations, rules, judicial interpretations and related information periodically (every two month);

8. Issuing lawyer’s letters, announcements and related documents to the designated party independently;

9. Issuing legal opinions on the validity, operational risks, solutions, legal consequence assessment and other related aspects of a project;

10. Providing legal advice and undertaking draft, amendment and review of related legal documents for company establishment, merger, division, restructuring, bond issuance, and IPO;

11. Representing clients in litigation and arbitration;

12. Representing clients to apply for enforcement of judgment; and

13. Other related legal services.
