Acting for Clients to assess and inspect specialized qualifications and operation licenses of relevant companies.

4. Project contracts:
Attending or acting for clients in negotiations, drafting and reviewing project exploration and survey and testing contracts, design contracts, supervision contracts, general and subcontracting agreements, equipment installation contracts, equipment and material purchasing contracts, renovation contracts, project management contracts, etc. and assisting clients in enforcing the contract management matters.

5. Project construction costs:
Assisting construction companies to control project costs, inspecting payment basis, following up with landlord’s timely sanction for payment, building file and evidence for payment collection, assisting in dispute resolution related to project costs.

6. Project quality:
Assisting in preparing project quality inspection and acceptance documents and assisting in dispute resolution related to project quality.

7. Project insurance:
Assisting in arrangement of project insurance, risk control training to assure normal proceeding of the construction project.

8. Project quality warranties:
Assisting in establishment of efficient project warranty system, properly fixing the minimum warranty period of each phase of the project to assure the normal use of the project within reasonable duration.

9. Project mortgage and transfer:
Assisting in proposal drafting and analysis, drafting and reviewing relevant legal documents, attending contract negotiations, assisting in legal formalities related to transfer and mortgage.

10. Project completion:
Attending in project completion inspection and acceptance, assisting in reviewing final project construction costs.
